What is Strada?
The Strada AI Agent builds automation workflows across Zendesk, Slack, OpenAI and your internal APIs and databases.
Strada automations are written in Python which you can audit, modify, and version control.
They are deployed with one click on the Strada platform, which handles scaling, observability, and monitoring.
What are workflow runs?
A workflow run is billed when an active workflow is triggered and completes an execution.
Manual executions of workflows used for testing are not billed. Workflow runs that encounter errors are not billed.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is an automation that executes one or more tasks across your applications and databases.
Each workflow has a trigger, at least one connection, and code to control its business logic. When a workflow is deployed, it will run every time the trigger occurs (e.g. on a schedule or when a webhook is received).
What is a connection?
A connection is an application, database, or custom HTTP API that has been authenticated within Strada. Once a connection is set up, it can be used in any workflow across your organization.
